Getting Started: What to do?
First, there is absolutely zero obligations to invest when you create an account with our fund!
Step 1: If you are an accredited investor, sign up for an account to see the current investment offerings.
Step 2: if any of the offerings appeal to your investor Appetite and you may be interested, let’s meet first! Offers can only be made by the PPM, so not a sales call, literally just a meet & Greet. Our goal is that you get to know us, like us and eventually trust us!
Step 3: learn more about each particular offering by visiting the portal again and make your soft commitment if you think there might be a match.

Everything we do is centered around real estate. We focus on multi-family redevelopment and car washes. This provides both long-term investments and cash flows.

Almost every deal in our fund is a project that we personally are developing or managing through one of our partnerships. If it isn’t our own, we have very close relationships with the partners that are involved and trust them whole-heartedly.

The minimum into the fund is only $25,000. There may be different minimums for each asset offering. Some are $25,000, some are $50,000 and some are $100,000.
After you have invested with us once, your next minimum investment amount is only $5,000.
